Hours And Scheduling

 

 

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Please call as soon as you can to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment if you cannot make your appointment time. I have clients often on "stand-by" that could fill your time.  I am very understanding and realize that some things do "just happen". As of right now, I do not have a cancellation policy in place because in 3 years I have not had to instate one.  However, if at anytime, this policy is abused, I will reconsider changes to the policy.  


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
